Bio
Meet Amy Kiehne, a member of Saxony Lutheran High School since the summer of 2022. Born and raised in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, Amy attended Westminster College in Fulton, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Educational and Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in College Student Counseling and Development, as well as Career Development, from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Amy has worked in a variety of settings, including college and university career centers, where she assisted students with career exploration and internships. She has also provided school-based mental health counseling, as well as outpatient mental health therapy and domestic violence/abusive relationship counseling, and psychoeducational groups. Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri.
Amy has been a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson, Missouri, since 2003. She is also a proud wife and mother, with two children and two special dogs in her family. She enjoys watching Saxony sports and is a huge MIZZOU Tiger fan.
