Base tuition* rate for the 2026-2027 school year for non-members of Association congregations is $8,585/yr. The base tuition rate for students who are a member of one of twenty-six LCMS association church congregations is $6,770/yr. upon verification of membership from their pastor. The base tuition rate for international students is $9,150/yr. All student enrollments will carry a nonrefundable enrollment fee of $200. For students who are re-enrolling in the spring, the $200 enrollment fee is due by March 1 or $250 if paid after the March 1 re-enrollment deadline.

1. Pray about your decision!  We believe God can bless any student through Saxony.  Please pray that He will bless your student through us.
   
2. Prior to enrollment to Saxony, a visit to the school and/or meeting with the Leadership Team is required.
3. After the visit, a follow-up email will be sent with information on the next steps in the enrollment process. 
4. Read the New Student Admission and Enrollment Guidelines (click to open) and complete the online application by creating an account and completing the Enrollment Application.
   
5. When an application is accepted, you will receive a welcome email that includes instructions for submitting the $200 enrollment fee along with completing the required Health & Additional Contacts Form and Athletics & Activities Interest Form. At this time, you are also able to apply for tuition assistance (due May 1) via the Tuition Assistance Form.
   

Crusader Orientation

• Each student and at least one parent must attend one Crusader Orientation. When you sign up for an event, include the total number of people who will attend, as seats are limited for some programs.
  
• Orientations will last about one hour and include a review of graduation requirements, course offerings for all years of high school, special academic programs, and freshman year course selection.

Returning Students

Current students at Saxony are required to re-enroll for the next year. Parents receive personalized notification for re-enrollment via email. Re-enrollment begins on December 1.

Tuition Assistance

Saxony Lutheran High School offers tuition assistance to families based on financial need.  Tuition Assistance Forms will be available on March 1 of the current school year. Anyone interested in tuition assistance for the upcoming school year, click on the link below to access AP Online Forms portal or sign-in to your Parent PlusPortals account and then to ‘Forms’. All information collected in this process is confidential and will only be reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee. The filing deadline is May 1 for assistance on the upcoming school year. Please remember a new application must be filled out each year that tuition assistance is requested. For questions, please contact the school office.
